At Home Workout Program for Beginners


20-30 minute daily exercise routine that use minimum equipment and can be done from the comfort of your house.

This 4 week program is to get people moving at home without needing to go out anywhere. This program is designed to get you out of bed or off the couch to do 20-30 minutes of exercise. The exercise in this program are very simple and will need minimum assistance. You will the following equipment in order to complete this program from home: Small Dumbbells, a Resistance Band with Handles, a Looped Resistance Band, Stretch Mat, and a Stability Ball.
